When we receive your booking we will contact our providers and check that they are happy to accept your booking. Please be understanding if the provider does not wish to take your booking. Once your booking has been approved, you will receive a payment invoice.

We will provide you with activity and accommodation providers’ expectations around Covid 19 precautions.

COVID 19 related cancellations will be subject to our normal cancellation policies: Please refer to our cancellation policy at the bottom of this form for details.

Please ensure you have trip cancellation insurance which covers Covid 19 related cancellations.

CSI is acting as your agent on the express condition that CSI shall not be responsible to you or any of the parties you are booking on behalf of for any damage, loss, expense, cost, accident, injury, death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned by or in connection with the Services, whether based upon or resulting from any act, omission, negligence, strict liability, default or wilful, wanton, or intentional misconduct of any independent travel companies, operators or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the Services.

Cancellation Policy* I am aware of Canadian Staycations cancellation policy.
Canadian Staycations Inc cancellation policy is as follows:



Canadian Staycations very strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance which will cover trip cancellation. 



Canadian Staycations products are delivered by our third party providers. In the event that you need to cancel your booking, we guarantee to refund all money refunded to Canadian Staycations by the activity and accommodation providers. However, we have no control over third party providers refund policies, some of which do not provide refunds.



In the event that your cancellation is made less than 30 days before your trip Canadian Staycations will refund to you any money refunded to us, however we will retain a $25 handling charge.

COVID 19 related cancellations: In the case of cancellations made because of any matter related to COVID 19, including tightened travel restrictions due to COVID 19 which come into force AFTER you make your booking, but BEFORE the commencement date of your booking, Canadian Staycations Inc regular cancellation policy applies. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance which covers you against this eventuality.
