On receipt of your booking form we will email you a deposit invoice in the amount of $335. If you do not receive an invoice please email us at info@canadiastaycations.com and we will re-send. Your booking is not secured until this invoice is paid

Please note each individual must complete their own booking form and waiver. We can invoice for two people on the same invoice. Please let us know on the booking form if you want us to do this.

                            Canadian Staycations Inc asks that you work with us and our activity and accommodation providers to follow Covid 19 related protocols as follows:

Please make sure you know your local, regional, provincial and national travel restrictions and book within them.

When we receive your booking we will contact our providers and check that they are happy to accept your booking. Please be understanding if the provider does not wish to take your booking. Once your booking has been approved, you will receive a payment invoice.

We will provide you with activity and accommodation providers’ expectations around Covid 19 precautions.

COVID 19 related cancellations will be subject to our normal cancellation policies: Please refer to our cancellation policy at the bottom of this form for details.

Please ensure you have trip cancellation insurance which covers Covid 19 related cancellations.

Canada Staycations Inc. (“CSI”) offers a variety of retail travel services to you, our valued customers, including transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other services (collectively, the “Services”).

 

Separate and independent travel companies and operators provide the Services.

 

CSI is not a part of, does not operate or otherwise control the performance of the Services or the independent travel companies and operators that provide them.

 

CSI is acting only as agent for you and all parties you are booking for in arranging for and acquiring the Services.  



CSI is acting as your agent on the express condition that CSI shall not be responsible to you or any of the parties you are booking on behalf of for any damage, loss, expense, cost, accident, injury, death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned by or in connection with the Services, whether based upon or resulting from any act, omission, negligence, strict liability, default or wilful, wanton, or intentional misconduct of any independent travel companies, operators or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the Services.

Momentum Journeys Inc. cancellation policy is as follows:



Momentum Journeys very strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance which will cover trip cancellation.



All sales are non-refundable and non-changeable.  However, in the event of a change or cancellation, we will do our best to deal with suppliers to make the change or cancellation at minimum cost to you, subject to our $100 per person handling fee.
