January 30th: Depart Canada
January 31st: Arrive Tokyo, check in to your Tokyo hotel, welcome dinner.
February 1st: Tokyo city tour
February 2nd: Transfer to Hakuba, check into Hakuba hotel
February 3rd: Ski and stay Hakuba
February 4th: Ski and stay Hakuba
February 5th: Ski and stay Hakuba
February 6th: All day cultural tour, stay Hakuba
February 7th: Ski and stay Hakuba
February 8th: Ski and stay Hakuba
February 9th: Check out of Hakuba hotel, transfer to Tokyo for return to Canada OR transfer to Nagano for onward travel

Please note: If travelling onward to other Japanese destinations, your shuttle bus MAY be able to drop you in Nagano, if this suits your plans. Please enquire.

Guide to the ski areas of the Hakuba Valley

Baggage allowance: Please note current Air Canada policy allows for 1 x 23 kg hold PLUS ski bag. We have no control over airline baggage policies, which may be changed by the airline at any time.

Transfers: One group transfer is provided for each scheduled transfer. Each transfer makes one stop, for instance the departure transfer from Hakuba will go to Narita airport. If you wish to travel on to other points, you may join the group transfer to Narita and travel onwards from there, or you may decide not join the group transport and travel directly from Hakuba. The bus will not make stops at hotels or train stations along the route, as this would disrupt timings. Transfers run only on the dates specified in the itinerary.

Land only bookings may use the airport to hotel transfer. Please be at Narita airport at 16.30 Tokyo time to meet AC 9 coming in from Toronto. A fee of $35 per person each direction applies to cover the cost of this. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WISH TO USE THE SHUTTLE.

NOTE: Room upgrades are not possible on group trips.
