When we receive your booking we will contact our providers and check that they are happy to accept your booking. Please be understanding if the provider does not wish to take your booking. Once your booking has been approved, you will receive a payment invoice.

We will provide you with activity and accommodation providers’ expectations around Covid 19 precautions.

COVID 19 related cancellations will be subject to our normal cancellation policies: Please refer to our cancellation policy at the bottom of this form for details.

Please ensure you have trip cancellation insurance which covers Covid 19 related cancellations.

Canada Staycations Inc. (“CSI”) offers a variety of retail travel services to you, our valued customers, including transportation, hotel accommodations, sightseeing and other services (collectively, the “Services”).

 

Separate and independent travel companies and operators provide the Services.

 

CSI is not a part of, does not operate or otherwise control the performance of the Services or the independent travel companies and operators that provide them.

 

CSI is acting only as agent for you and all parties you are booking for in arranging for and acquiring the Services.  



CSI is acting as your agent on the express condition that CSI shall not be responsible to you or any of the parties you are booking on behalf of for any damage, loss, expense, cost, accident, injury, death, delay, defect, omission or irregularity which may occur or be occasioned by or in connection with the Services, whether based upon or resulting from any act, omission, negligence, strict liability, default or wilful, wanton, or intentional misconduct of any independent travel companies, operators or person engaged in or responsible for carrying out any of the Services.

Cancellation Policy* I am aware of Canadian Staycations cancellation policy.
Canadian Staycations Inc. strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance for trip cancellation and interruption to cover services provided by third parties, including but not limited to air and land transport, hotels, lift passes, and guiding/ instruction. 



In the event that a trip is cancelled or interrupted by Covid 19 related travel restrictions or any other reason beyond our control including cancellation by the customer, Canadian Staycations Inc. will refund as much of the amounts paid to, or deposited with, us that is not paid or payable to third party service providers, minus a cancellation fee of $100 to cover some of our costs.  We will also provide you with your share of any amounts refunded to us by such third parties.  Please understand that a complete refund or full credit for future travel is not possible.  If such third party providers offer refunds or credits for future travel, Canadian Staycations Inc. will pass on those refunds or credits to those booked on the affected trip in a fair and equitable manner determined by Canadian Staycations Inc. in its sole and absolute discretion.  Where such third parties do not refund any amounts to Canadian Staycations Inc., we will not be in a position to provide a refund to you.  By booking with us, you accept and agree to these limitations on our liability to you for deposits or amounts paid to us in connection with cancelled or interrupted trips.
