Baggage allowance: Please note current Air Canada policy allows for 1 x 23 kg hold luggage PLUS ski bag. We have no control over airline baggage policies, which may be changed by the airline at any time.

Transfers: One group transfer is provided for each scheduled transfer. Each transfer makes one stop, for instance the departure transfer goes to Zurich airport. If you wish to travel on to other points, you may join the group transfer to Zurich and travel onwards from there, or you may decide not join the group transport and travel directly from Zermatt. The bus will not make stops at hotels or train stations along the route, as this would disrupt timings. Transfers run only on the dates specified in the itinerary.

* There is no public road access to Zermatt, therefore transfers will use a coach to Tasch, approx 10 mins from Zermatt, and then transfer to train. On departure, this process will be reversed.
