• DAY 1: Assistance at Milan airport and private transfer to Val di Fassa with our tour guide. Check in at your hotel; welcome drink. Dinner at the hotel and overnight. 
• DAY 2: Hotel breakfast and departure with your tour guide to discover the cheesemaking secrets and taste little pieces of the local excellence. Return to your hotel, time at leisure in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight.
• DAY 3: Hotel breakfast, private transfer and meeting with your alpine guide for an excursion on showshoes, reaching a mountain hut where you’ll enjoy a typical lunch (2 courses). In the afternoon, take the lift with our tour guide, join the skiing group and enjoy the apres ski, with music and drinks, in one of the mountain huts. Dinner at leisure, overnight.
• DAY 4: Hotel breakfast and departure by private transfer to Bolzano, driving along the Passo Sella and back from Passo Costalunga. Lunch in the city centre, return to Val di Fassa in the afternoon. Dinner at the hotel, overnight.
• DAY 5: Hotel breakfast and day at leisure to get around. Evening private transfer from your hotel to QC Terme (Spa) in Pozza di Fassa, to enjoy spa & relax. Return transfer, dinner at leisure and overnight.
• DAY 6: Hotel breakfast and departure to Piana Rotaliana. Enjoy a visit to a local winery. In the afternoon, visit to Thun Castle, a rare example of a furnished noble residence. Return to Val di Fassa, dinner at the hotel, overnight.
• DAY 7: Hotel breakfast. Day at leisure. Departure by private transfer and then snow mobile – quad to the mountain hut, for a farewell dinner with typical regional food.
• DAY 8: Hotel breakfast and check out. Departure to Milan airport.
