Momentum Journeys Inc. conditions and cancellation policy is as follows:

Momentum Journeys very strongly recommends that you purchase travel insurance which will cover trip cancellation.

All sales are non-refundable and non-changeable. However, in the event of a change or cancellation, we will do our best to deal with suppliers to make the change or cancellation at minimum cost to you, subject to our $200 per person handling fee.

In some locations we pay our suppliers in local currency. In the event of a fall in the value of Canadian dollar of more than 4% against this local currency, or price increases due to world events between time of deposit payment and final balance invoicing, we reserve the right to make an adjustment to final balance amounts if necessary.

Limitation of Liability & Travel Disruptions Momentum Journeys Inc. shall not be held liable for any additional expenses, losses, or costs incurred resulting from travel disruptions, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical failures, or other Force Majeure events. While primary responsibility for such disruptions rests with the service provider or insurer, Momentum Journeys Inc. is committed to assisting our clients. We will provide all necessary supporting documentation to facilitate reimbursement claims with airlines or insurance providers.
